We understand that loud noises can be distressing for some individuals, which is why we are more than happy to turn the music down to create a calmer, more soothing atmosphere. Please just ask.

Is the shop too busy and overwhelming?

We understand that a busy shop can be overwhelming, so we are happy to move our fitting stools to a quieter area of the shop to measure and fit your child or advise when the store may be quieter. We also offer instore appointments that can be booked at https://solelution.setmore.com/ - this guarantees a time that you will be seen, rather than having to wait in a queue.

Do you or your children like to shop somewhere they are familiar with?

We understand that coming into a familiar environment can be helpful. We want you to know that you are always welcome to pop into our store to get to know us, let you child wander around, explore and ask us questions, so you and they become comfortable with us. Visit as many times as you need. There is never any pressure to buy or even try on. Some children find it easier if we measure your feet or their favourite toy. 

Do you struggle with the feel of shoes?

From measuring little feet to fitting their shoes, we're dedicated to providing you with the support and guidance you need to make informed decisions about your footwear purchases. Some children may be sensitive to how a certain material feels, or don’t like having their feet touched, or are concerned about telling us they don’t like a shoe or that it feels uncomfortable. This is all OK. That's why we listen attentively to both you and your children, ensuring that we understand your preferences and concerns every step of the way. For example if they are really adverse to having their feet measured using the gauge we can use our expertise, along with how their current shoes fit instead.

Can SoleLution help if we can't visit one of your shops?

Although we would always recommend having your children’s shoes fitted by a trained fitter, we also appreciate that this is not always practical, so we also offer the option to shop online at SoleLution.co.uk, providing you with the convenience and flexibility to browse our collection from the comfort of your own home. If you’re not sure about size, we can advise with that too via our Virtual Fitting service.
