Returns & Refunds
We take every care to ensure that your order is carefully despatched and hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them.
Unwanted Items
Items must be returned in an unworn condition as it was received (with all packaging including the shoe box) within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.
To make a return, please email us at enquiries@solelution.co.uk for a Returns Authorisation number and complete the enclosed returns note. Post the goods along with the returns note, clearly labelled to:

We recommend using a tracked service, as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit or any damage or deterioration.
Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns directly to either store.
Once the returned goods are received, our web team will process the refund within a maximum of 3 working days.
Please note, if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, please contact us either by telephone (01275 843399) or email (enquiries@solelution.co.uk) to discuss the matter further.
