Waterproof black lace-up ankle boots on a chunky lug sole, in vegan-friendly materials.
Peyton 01 in black is the one to look at if you need a boot that will go to work and then keep going at the weekend. Deep lug sole, laces up the front, contrast stitching along the welt, and waterproof.
Fit and comfort: A standard width. Laces and a side zip work together, so you set the lacing once and use the zip to get in and out. The insole is removable for orthotics.
PU upper, textile lining, TPR sole. Easy-care materials, so it cleans up with a damp cloth and mild soap rather than needing polish or a proprietary spray.

I'd recommend the black Peyton 01 to anyone on their feet in and out of the weather all day. The waterproofing and the tread do the practical work, and the shape is plain enough that it does not look like a walking boot with your work clothes.
